BDL Launches Exchange Currency Platform
Lebanon's Central Bank officially launched its long awaited electronic platform Monday to regulate the dollar exchange transactions in cooperation with commercial banks and licensed exchange dealers.
A source at BDL described the launching of the platform as a technical test but did not give further details.
The Daily Star tried to get comments from banks and some exchange dealers but without any success.
