In a recent post on "X," Kataeb Lawmaker Elias Hankach expressed his views on Lebanon's future:

"There is an opportunity to rebuild Lebanon on new foundations; a state of law, institutions, modernity, and openness.

This opportunity will not come again. We, as sovereign and national forces, must unite around this project, putting aside all trivialities."

He concluded: "Let us work for it, in honor of all sacrifices and out of love for future generations."
