Israeli Forces Now Control Majority of Lebanese Border Towns, Military Source Says

Israeli troops have entered the majority of Lebanese border towns, a Lebanese military source told Al-Hadath on Wednesday, leaving only four or five towns outside their control.

The source added that Israeli forces have advanced seven to eight kilometers into Lebanese territory.

In a related development, Al-Jadeed reported an Israeli push toward the town of Dibil, accompanied by continued airstrikes across southern Bint Jbeil. MTV sources said the Lebanese Army has fully withdrawn from southern Dibil, allowing Israeli forces to begin moving into the town.

Meanwhile, an Israeli airstrike in the town of Baysariyeh reportedly killed three people, with rescue teams still clearing rubble and searching for potential survivors.
