Israeli military spokesman Avichay Adraee on Friday called on Lebanese account holders at the Qard al-Hasan association to withdraw their funds immediately, warning that the organization is transferring money to Hezbollah.

“Residents of Lebanon who have accounts at Qard al-Hasan, hurry to withdraw your money immediately before it disappears! The association is transferring what remains of your funds to Hezbollah," Adraee said in a post on his X account.

He added that the Israeli military carried out a series of airstrikes in recent days targeting Qard al-Hasan branches across Lebanon, describing the association as a financier of Hezbollah.

Adraee noted that the association has since suspended operations and halted services for the general public, but he emphasized that the suspension “does not apply to Hezbollah members, who are still receiving transfers from the association.”

He urged Lebanese account holders to contact branch managers and local staff immediately to demand access to their funds, warning that they may not be able to withdraw money later.
