Israeli warplanes continued their strikes from dawn on villages in the Bint Jbeil district, hitting the towns of Beit Yahoun and Jmeijmeh and causing damage to infrastructure and residential homes.
The raids extended through the morning, with Israeli aircraft carrying out three separate strikes on Braachit and Haris in the same district, targeting residential buildings and roads. Additional airstrikes hit the town of Qalaouiyeh in Bint Jbeil.
At the same time, Israeli artillery shelled multiple locations, including Kounine and Frun, as well as areas around Ali al-Taher, Hanine, Zibqin, Yuhmor al-Shaqif, Zawtar al-Sharqiya, and Mifadoun.
Civil defense teams resumed search operations in the morning in the town of Juwaya for missing persons following an Israeli strike a day earlier, after recovering the bodies of five victims.
In a separate development linked to previous strikes, a water pumping station in Batouliyyeh was hit and destroyed, cutting off water supply operations for remaining residents. Israeli forces also demolished the Bayada tourist resort.
The Israeli military carried out another demolition operation early in the day in Khiyam.
Heavy airstrikes were also reported in the Nabatiyeh district, with explosions echoing as far as the coastal city of Sidon. The strikes hit the outskirts of Adshit al-Qusair toward Qsaybeh in the Marjayoun area, as well as Harouf, Jibsheet, and Toul.
Elsewhere, an Israeli drone struck a motorcycle in the town of Srifa in the Tyre district, injuring one person. Israeli artillery also shelled the town of Byout al-Sayyad using both conventional and phosphorus munitions.
A drone was reportedly shot down between Nabatiyeh al-Fawqa and Mayfadoun. In parallel, drones flew overnight over the Tyre region, while additional unmanned aircraft were seen operating at low altitude across southern Lebanon.
On the Israeli side of the border, Yisrael Hayom reported that an armored vehicle was damaged and fires broke out after a direct missile hit in Shomera in the Western Galilee. Israel Army Radio separately reported that a Hezbollah-launched drone crashed in the Western Galilee without causing casualties.
The Israeli military said it fired an interceptor missile at a suspected aerial target detected over the area where its forces are deployed in southern Lebanon, adding that the results of the interception were under review.
Israeli media also reported that Hezbollah launched, for the first time, a drone toward the Galilee region using fiber-optic technology. Sirens warning of suspected drone infiltration from Lebanon sounded in several border communities, including Zarit, Adamit, and Shomera.
In a later statement, the Israeli military said a Hezbollah explosive-laden drone launched from Lebanon struck near Shomera after sirens were activated across the Western Galilee. It said the drone impact sparked a fire in the area and damaged a vehicle, adding that it was investigating the incident. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
