Kataeb Media Department issued the following statement:

Kataeb Media Department denounces the attack on the MTV station and “Sar el Waet” talk show with colleague Marcel Ghanem by a group that ignores the principles of civilized interaction. 

This scene is rejected in all its aspects.

Attempts to intimidate the media are rejected from any party, and the use of violence in communication and dialogue is unacceptable. 

Lebanon will remain a platform for free speech and frank opinion despite all attempts of intimidation.
