The document, attributed to the agency’s Security Division, claims that terrorist groups are planning to send explosive-laden car batteries into Lebanon for use in potential attacks.

According to the circulated file, the information suggests the batteries are being transported across land routes shared with neighboring Syria, raising alarms about border security vulnerabilities.
