Head of the Kataeb’s Economic and Social Council Jean Tawile lambasted the Central Bank’s decision to suspend the work of Circular No. 151, which allows depositors to withdraw their funds from their dollar accounts at fixed rate of LL3,900 to the dollar. based on this preparatory decision issued by the Shura Council earlier today.
