Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Friday stressed that the Lebanese government was formed with an Iranian green light, saying that it came as a consolidation of Hezbollah control over the Lebanese decision-making.

"This is not a political moment, but rather a continuity of the system's work and the quota approach that brought the country to what it has reached," Gemayel wrote on Twitter.

"The same causes will lead to the same result. The political moment is in the Lebanese’s hand in May,” he said.
