Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati honored the sacrifices of fallen military personnel, paying tribute to their service to Lebanon.

In his statement, Mikati commended the resilience of the Lebanese people, reaffirming their steadfast demand for complete national sovereignty over all Lebanese territories.

Addressing the military, he declared, "This land is your land, soldiers."

Mikati stressed that national unity is the cornerstone of Lebanon's salvation, highlighting that the security of southern Lebanon is integral to the safety of the entire nation.

He emphasized that stability and reconstruction in the south are pivotal for achieving peace in the Middle East, asserting that true security depends on the enforcement of international resolutions.
