UK’s royal family has increased its carbon footprint from 15 overseas business travels by 98%, according to the Royal Household's latest annual financial statement.
According to the report, CO2 emission for business travel reached 3,344 tonnes in 2019, compared to 1,687 tonnes in the previous year.

“The travel emissions were higher "due to higher usage of chartered large fixed wing aircraft for foreign business travel,” it added.
