Kataeb Lawmaker Nadim Gemayel pointed out that in 2005, Lebanon was liberated from the Syrian occupation, and truth prevailed, with the State as its foundation.

"Today, the country is experiencing abnormalities due to the dominance of a party over Lebanon and its institutions, leading to the situation we are facing now," Gemayel said in a press conference on public and media freedoms.

He addressed the Lebanese people, saying: "Let us break free from all the barriers that have stood in our way during this phase and let us speak the truth without fear. The time has come to liberate our country, our judiciary, and our homeland."
