On the fourth anniversary of the assassination of activist Lokman Slim, Kataeb Lawmaker Selim Sayegh wrote on the "X" platform: "My friend Lokman, after four years, what you said in your farewell in Haret Hreik has come true: 'Lokman died, but dignity and freedom will live on and the journey continues'!

He added: "On your anniversary today, the fate of the killers and criminals is in darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth! But you have triumphed, and all of Lebanon has become, like Lokman, 'zero fear'!".
