Internal Security Forces have apprehended a gang specialized in stealing bicycles.

The gang, consisting of two Lebanese individuals with previous theft-related records, was observed traveling in a Hyundai car with a stolen bicycle. They were closely monitored and apprehended in Antelias.

 During the arrest, a military pistol, ammunition, drug-related items, and another individual with a theft record were also discovered.

The suspects confessed to multiple bicycle thefts in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, using a method of monitoring bike owners and stealing their bikes before fleeing.

The investigation revealed their involvement in drug use as well.
