At least three people were killed and around 30 others injured on Sunday when Israeli forces opened fire on protesters in southern Lebanon, local media reported. The demonstrators were protesting Israel’s failure to withdraw its troops from the region by the 60-day deadline stipulated in the ceasefire agreement that ended the recent war between Israel and Hezbollah.
